Week 2: Goal Sheet – Identify two negative thoughts that are hindering my progress and create affirmations to challenge them. Set a goal to incorporate positive self talk each day in order to develop a more optimistic attitude.

Week 3: Goal Sheet – Create an action plan for the next month with measurable goals and milestones. Establish rewards for myself when I reach these milestones and set aside time each day to stay motivated and accountable.

Week 4: Goal Sheet – Reflect on the progress I have made since the beginning of this month and assess areas for improvement. Identify strategies and tools that will help me remain focused on my goals and continue to move closer to success.

An example of a Gratitude Journal could include writing down three things each day that you are thankful for. This could be something as simple as being grateful for a cup of coffee, or it could be larger concepts such as spending time with family and friends or having the opportunity to learn new skills. By taking the time to focus on what we are grateful for, we can begin to appreciate the positive aspects of our lives and create a more optimistic outlook.
