· Aromatherapy: Certain essential oils can be used to balance the chakras. For example, lavender oil is often used to calm and relax the mind, while rosemary oil is known for its ability to improve mental clarity.

· Crystals: Crystals can also be used to balance the chakras. Each crystal has a different vibration and can be used to target specific chakras. For example, amethyst crystals are often used to cleanse and purify the crown chakra.

If there’s too much energy, it can show up as fearlessness without precaution or hoarding because you need more to feel secure.***

In general, the position of the chakra that is out of balance may have an impact on your body’s adjacent parts, including your organs, bones

Imbalances in the chakras might lead to an emotional imbalance. This can lead to increased anger, sadness, anxiety, or indecision. It’s critical to notice both psychological and physiological sensations because they may communicate with one another and identify the source of the problem. When one or more chakras are out of balance owing to too much stress — either physically or mentally – the entire system is affected.

Fortunately, there are many ways to bring the chakras back into balance. Some people find that Reiki healing, meditation, or yoga helps. Others find that they need to make changes in their diet or lifestyle.

One of the simplest ways to balance your chakras is to lay down and visualise each of the seven chakras, from the root chakra to the crown chakra. As you visualise each chakra, imagine a ball of light either entering or leaving the chakra. If the chakra is too open, the ball of light should be leaving the chakra. If the chakra is too closed, the ball of light should be entering the chakra. You can also use affirmations to help balance your chakras. For example, if you are visualising the root chakra, you might say to yourself, “I am safe. I am grounded. I am connected to the Earth.”

Doing a chakra balancing meditation regularly can help you to feel more centred and grounded.
